Our Policy

We offer a 15-day return or exchange policy from the date you receive your item. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. You must also provide the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Note: Due to health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following products:
  • BASEBALL BATS (specifically 2020 BBCOR Baseball Bats, 2020 DeMarini Slowpitch Softball Bats, 2020 Louisville Slugger Fastpitch Softball Bats)
  • Baseballs, BALLS, and Balls
  • Batting Gloves
  • Apparel and Apparel Closeout (if the original tags are removed)
These items are considered final sale to ensure the highest standards of safety and hygiene for all our customers.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to request a return or exchange:

  1. Contact Us: Within 15 days of receiving your order, email our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and details about the product you would like to return or exchange.
  2. Wait for Instructions: We will respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on where to send your package.
  3. Ship the Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, include the RMA number inside the package, and mail it to the address provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for the item until it reaches us.
  4. Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.

Refund Timelines and Methods

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days. The timing of the refund appearing in your account depends on your payment provider’s policies (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).

For exchanges, we will ship the new item to you as soon as the returned item is processed. Standard or free shipping rates will apply based on your new order.

Return Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are exchanging an item, you will also be responsible for the shipping costs to send the new item to you, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped).
