• Standard Shipping ($12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx with delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment
• Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS with delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment

4.3 Delivery Areas

We ship globally but cannot deliver to some Asian countries and remote areas. If you reside in an area we cannot service, we will cancel your order and issue a full refund.

4.4 Delivery Issues

You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses, recipient unavailability, or customs delays.

5.1 Return Policy

We offer a 15-day return or exchange policy from the date you receive your item. To be eligible:

• Item must be unused and in its original packaging
• Item must be in the same condition as when received
• You must provide the original receipt or proof of purchase

5.2 Final Sale Items

Due to health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:

• All baseball and softball bats
• Baseballs, softballs, and all types of balls
• Batting gloves
• Apparel and apparel closeout (if original tags have been removed)

These items are considered final sale to ensure the highest standards of safety and hygiene.

5.3 Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

1. Contact our customer service within 15 days of receiving your order
2. Wait for instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
3. Securely pack the item with the RMA number and mail it to the provided address
4. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or exchange

5.4 Return Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. For exchanges, you will also be responsible for shipping costs for the new item unless the return is due to our error.

5.5 Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. The timing of the refund appearing in your account depends on your payment provider’s policies.
